Belltown · Seattle

A private gym for personal training.

1:1 training in a calm, thoughtfully equipped space. A welcoming home for anyone building strength, returning to movement, or working toward goals that matter to them, with trainers who genuinely care about how you feel along the way.

For Clients

Private. Personal. Yours for the hour.

TRAIN Seattle isn't a chain or a class studio. It's a quiet, professional space where independent trainers work with clients one-on-one. No crowds, no waiting on equipment, no sales pressure. Whether you're new to strength training, coming back after a break, or working toward a specific goal, you'll find a trainer here who fits.

Personal training at TRAIN Seattle starts at $100 per session. Our trainers care a lot about their work and the people they work with. If that sounds like a fit, we'd love to connect.

Three of our trainers are also Doctors of Physical Therapy, which is unusual to find in a private training setting.
