For Clients
Private. Personal. Yours for the hour.
TRAIN Seattle isn't a chain or a class studio. It's a quiet, professional space where independent trainers work with clients one-on-one — no crowds, no waiting on equipment, no sales pressure. Whether you're new to strength training, returning after a break, or training with a specific goal in mind, you'll find a trainer here who fits.
Personal training at TRAIN Seattle starts at $100/session. Our trainers take their work seriously and care deeply about their clients — if that sounds like a fit, we'd love to connect.
Three of our trainers hold Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees — a rare depth of clinical expertise in a private training environment.
